Drones Meet 3D-AI: Multi-Drone Collaboration for 3D Reconstruction

Invited talk at the Tokyo AI × Drones session, on how modern 3D reconstruction methods change what a drone team should do while it flies.

Classical coverage control plans a sweep and executes it. Once reconstruction runs online, the map itself becomes a signal the controller can use — which regions are converging, which are still ambiguous, and where an extra viewing angle would pay off most.
