Impact of Real-time Map Feedback on Coordinated Image Sampling for 3D Reconstruction

Conference presentation at the 2025 European Control Conference in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The talk covered coverage control for drone teams that closes the loop on the reconstruction itself: aerial images are turned into a live 3D mesh, and the mesh reshapes the importance density driving the controller, so the fleet keeps moving toward the parts of the scene the map has not yet resolved.
